Each provided its own unique benefits and challenges depending on the exercise.

Unofficial CSAUP week comes to a close. Soreness has been building and YHC is looking forward to a recovery day tomorrow. There is palpable energy doing a strenuous BD with other guys who push you, and if you allow it, push you to an output level you aren’t comfortable with. One must be open to this for growth to occur. Does it hurt? Yes. Does your body say take it easy instead of pushing yourself past your mental barriers? Sure, but always giving in is status quo and maintaining status quo is not why we’re out here.
