Introduction
Bears playing poker not as iconic as dogs playing poker but incorperated bear crawls and 11’s in the BD.
Warm-O-Rama
A tribute to the one and only Hammer so you have to do Hammer Flows, Willie Mays Hays, Little Baby Arm Circles
The Thang
Mosey 1 time around the track. We then did 200 yards of Bear Crawls. 11’s Squats and Merkins. We then duck walk for 20 yards run to the 50 do 10 Burpees and then run to the 20 then duck walk to the goal line. We then bear crawled for 30 yards ran to the 50 did 15 burpees and then ran to the 30 then bear crawled to the endzone. We followed that with a mosey around the track out to where we started for some Mary. Mary we did BB Sit Up’s Ankle Grabbers Fire Hydrants.
Circle of Trust
We wanted to pray for Taps and Big Money’s M because of the Covids. Also wanted to pray for any Pax that is traveling this Thanksgiving Season. Also pray that winter sports and theater don’t get impacted by the Covids.
Naked Man Moleskin
It was amazing to see pax complete the Stableman Challenge as well. Esp. Astro and Steamroller crushed it earning double Gold!!! 200 Yards. Way to push it Pax and crush this workout. Love that I get to be a part of this community that pushes each other to do hard thing every morning.
