Introduction

Day before Thanksgiving beatdown. 16 stations, 20 reps each. 16 20….

Warm-O-Rama

Not much of a warmarama – just a walk across the street to the parking lot; everyone carrying their coupons.
Q posted at about 9:30 am to bring coupons, but a certain Pax (D Minus) said he didn’t see it because it was posted too late. He borrowed someone’s coupon. Q

The Thang

16 stations in the parking lot so each Pax could go at his own pace. Also meant that the Q did not have to call cadence (there is a method to my madness).
Stations of Pain – curl, chest press, Alabama Prom Date, Monkey Humper, shoulder press, squat, backwards run, Skull Crushers, lunges, Sit-ups (any style), American Hammer, Superman, Left Right Center Merkins, Side Straddle Hops.
It had rained earlier in the night – so the parking lot was wet. It didn’t rain on us.

Ended with 5 minutes of Mary. Cupid was asked to start with 1 exercise. He led us in 101 Raggedy Anns.
Cue Ball led us in 10 Sit ups.

Circle of Trust

Naked Man Moleskin

YHC has a couple of thoughts that were not expressed at the Woods.
1- for those who have not Q’d yet. Please do. Admittedly, one’s VQ is probably the most difficult thing you will do in F3. But we’ve all done much harder things. Like applying for a job. A job interview. Talking to our prospective father-in-law about marrying his daughter. Proposing marriage. Telling 15 men to do Side Straddle Hops? That’s easy.

2- Getting out of the fartsack in the dead of winter can be difficult. They days keep getting shorter from now until the Winter Solstice. This is when we need each other the most. Make the effort. Set the alarm an extra 5 minutes earlier.
Your brothers in the gloom will appreciate that you made the effort to be there for them.
