Pyramid Workout (4 steps, increase/decrease reps at each step)
1st round
Box Jumps x 5
Derkins x 5
Add 5 at each step, 50 total of each
Bear crawl up hill
Mountain climbers x 10 @ each concrete strip
Bear Crawl down hill
Mountain climbers x 10 @ each concrete strip(90 total)
Stop at step and go down the pyramid
Box Jumps x 20
Subtract 5 at each step to bottom (50 total of each)
PUT6

2nd round
Jumpees x 5 (modified burpee, drop down to step, incline merkin, up and box jump)
Dips x 5
Add 5 each step (50 total of each)
Crab walk up hill
Flutter kicks x 10 @ each concrete strip
Crab walk down hill
Flutter kicks x 10 @ each concrete strip

Naked Man Moleskin

This was a repeat of one I did a few months back. We had 5 guys last time but it was a brutal workout and I wanted to try it with a larger group. Turned out great, everyone was pushing hard with no room for mumble chatter. This one will make another return, maybe after a good snow.
