This is a deceiving workout – first round of 30 seconds doesn’t seem so bad, 60 second round starts to hurt a bit, then the 90 second round crushes you. (In Cupid’s case, he literally crushed the coupon). But then the last 30 second round seems like child’s play. We did this workout in the virtuals a few months back. Having PAX around you pushing you through (since you can’t hide outside the view of the camera) makes all the difference. F3 was made for being out in the gloom!
