Introduction
YHC planned 4 stations (2 Pax each) of KB/DB/Coupon work while 1 pair of PAX circled the stations as the timer (like in an old Roman Chariot Race), however it turned out to be something akin to a circle jerk run roundup that you may have found in the movie Animal House, but hey, we all learn right!

The Thang
3 pairs of Pax (1 pair actually of 3) rotated between 4 stations while one pair theoretically ran one lap around the parking lot as the timer. Once running pair finished and yelled Tomahawk, pairs then moseyed to next station doing either 1) bear crawl 2) high knees 3) lunges:
1st station – Coupon Burpees 1st time thru / Crush Press w/Coupon 2nd time thru
2nd station – Bent Over Rows w/Coupon) 1st time thru / Upright Rows 2nd time thru
3rd station – One Knee Up/Down Snatch KB or DB up to shoulder then military press/alternate legs 1st time thru – KB Swings (20 or 25 lbs) 2nd time thru
4th station – Sumo Squat Curls with KB 1st time thru / Goblet Squat (Coupon or 25 lbs KB) 2nd time thru /
Once all Pax went thru twice (with intermittent parking lot laps run in between in order to confuse the Pax even more), Pax circled up to finish with about 25 coupon burpees and 25 coupon plank jacks.
1st Encore was Inchworm to Merkins (12) half with one-leg up in the air.
2nd Encore was Alligator Merkins for about 15 yards.
