Pain is only in the mind. Pushing yourself as far as you can is a great goal to have when working out. Because of that, we decided to limit rest to as minimal as possible. We torture ourselves to help ourselves.

Thank you to all of the PAX who came out today for our Q. We both got very excited and scared at the same time to Q for the first time since it was last minute. We believe that we pulled through with a good workout and hope all of you felt it was worth it coming out this morning. The main thing to remember is that you can’t let the Steve inside your head get to you. You are strongest when YOU believe in yourself. And remember, it is not badass to die in a church parking lot.
